Anonymous said: This is dumb but; in that This is the End transformers spin off poster who is who? Me and my friends been trying to figure it out hehe.
It’s not dumb, I love this question and I’m glad you like my poster, thank you to you and your friends!
Aside from modeling each bot off of one of the guys from the This is the End movie poster I don’t have set correlations for anyone! I think the roles would shift around a lot during the course of the movie.
Though I have to say that for whatever reason I *always* think of Rod as James and Whirl as Danny when they’re shouting at each other from between two levels of the house and making crude gestures. It’s not the most appropriate context so I’ll keep it discreet, but I hope you know which scene I mean.
Then of course we can imagine things like Brainstorm swinging around a gun like it’s no big deal, telling everyone to lighten up; and Drift trying to perform an exorcism.
My Arcee wearing a gown designed by my friend Tara, inspired by G1 Arcee. The actual dress will be revealed at the Her Universe fashion show at SDCC!
Enien and Drez
I finished my work and felt like doing a quick full color sketch, so here’s my blood elf mage, Nyelle. In the shadows somewhere, alarmed for some reason, clearly the setting is not thought through. I mostly wanted to draw her arcane green eyes.
Warcraft sketches! My style has evolved so much since making up these characters, I wanted to go in and give some set references for where my art is currently. Here is mostly just Enien the night elf and Nyelle the blood elf for now.
My Jem cosplay at C2E2! One of, if not the best days I’ve had in costume. And a bonus Guy-Manuel! Musicians gotta stick together.
My friend nellbailey did a Jem costume for C2E2 this weekend and asked me to do her make up! It was really fun - I don’t get many opportunities to work on other people, much less with fun/loud colors.
I’m really pleased with how this look turned out and Nell did a really great job on her costume. I really need to sit down and work on other people more often.
This past weekend at C2E2 I got to live the dream of being an 80s rock star- and not just any rock star, but Jem. Jem! Glamour and glitter, fashion and fame. It was possibly my most favorite day in costume so far and Meg’s makeup was the perfect finishing touch to my look.
I’ll share more photos of the full costume when I get a chance!
